David Lane & Tony Birch man the Freedom stand

News from the International Airsports Exhibition

One of the best attended exhibitions for years was the verdict after the Telford Show. David Lane provided a bright backdrop for the Freedom Sports stand and we both rarely had a spare minute to have a look at the other exhibits. Thanks to Anita & Wendy who assisted on the Saturday.

The stand which drew constant large crowds was showing the new Skyranger. This is a fixed wing, fabric covered kit build plane which obtained it's permit to fly in April 2002. We placed a deposit for one of the first delivery batch. Choice of power is between 2 & 4 stroke and this model shown is fitted with the Rotax 912. Skyranger at Telford 2001
