British Nationals 2006

 

All welcome to come and enjoy the weekend. Minimum of 50 hours required before entering the competitions. Please phone the organiser at least a week before hand. (Class A is the open class and includes 2 seater of fixed and flexible wings. Class B is for single occupied microlight aircraft only.)

 

We shall post all dates for this years comps as they become known. First competition weekend is likely to be at the end of March. We are required to choose the British Team quite early this year. The European Championships are to be held in Germany at the end of July.


Past Championship results

For results and reports of the 1996 British Nationals, read this page. Dual British Champion in 1997 was Eddie Clapham. I didn't record the results, just the dates. In 1998 I managed to regain the British Championship in the 2 seat class and these were the dates. Nigel Beale took the 1999 British 2 Seat title in a close run contest. results. In 2001 Steve Slade and Jeremy Hucker won the British 2 seat class flying a 912 powered Rans S6. Results and reports can be found at the BMAA site.
